Optimal Research Sites is an independent, investigator-led clinical trial facility in Orange City, Florida. Since 1994, we have conducted Phase I through Phase IV studies across endocrinology, pulmonology, psychiatry, and cardiovascular medicine — all under one operating platform.

The facility

Five core locations, one operating standard.

Our main site in Orange City and our Phase I inpatient unit in DeBary anchor a network of five core locations across Central Florida, coordinated by one regulatory and operations team. Sponsors get a single point of contact; participants get consistent care across every visit.

Capabilities

Phase I–IV, end to end.

Main site — Orange City
4 treatment rooms, full-service regulatory department, complete on-site laboratory, and pharmacy with laminar flow hood for investigational product reconstitution.
Phase I inpatient unit — DeBary
1,100 sq ft dedicated early-phase facility, 6 minutes from the main site. 9 inpatient beds, separate male/female accommodations, and 24-hour medical coverage.
Clinical equipment
5 examination rooms, 3 hospital beds capable of dialysis, certified sample processing lab with refrigerated centrifuges, −70°C and −20°C freezers, and computerized EKG.
Participant amenities
Free WiFi, computer room, Smart TVs with streaming, board games and puzzles — built to make inpatient study visits comfortable rather than clinical.
Regulatory & compliance
Every protocol is IRB-reviewed before first participant. Every study runs under ICH–GCP with source documentation maintained to monitor-ready standards.
Team
Licensed Principal Investigators, GCP-trained coordinators and research nurses, dedicated regulatory staff, and bilingual English / Spanish patient services.
